I can't find a product, can I request a product to be added to your catalog?
Absolutely! We’d love to hear what our customers need and we will do our best to make it available if we see a good demand for a product.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our orders are packaged within an hour of receiving an order. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it is placed.
Making order changes like adding/removing products, updating quantities, etc. once submitted is not supported right now. If you need to update your shipping address, best way would be to contact your shipping carrier after you receive your tracking number.
What do I do if I partially received my order or didn't receive at all?
Please be patient. Sometimes logistics can have issues, especially in Covid times when unexpected delays occur.
If you have partially received your order or not received at all until after 7-10 days, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will follow up with our suppliers to investigate the issue. Kindly allow 2-3 business days for us to investigate and get back to you.
How do I return a product?
You can return any product within 30 days after delivery. To initiate a return process, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return to help us improve our products or service.
We will email you return instructions with RMA number and shipping label.
We will NOT accept returns after 30 days OR without an RMA number.
When will I get an RMA number?
RMA numbers are issues withing 3-5 business days. Your RMA number along with complete return instructions will be e-mailed to you. If you do not receive your RMA number within 7 business days of your request, please contact us as there may be an issue with your return.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, subject to avilability, unexpected delays due to weather, supply chain, supplier delays. Some orders may take longer to ship.
Tracking numbers should be emailed to you within 2-4 business days.

Where do you ship?
We shiping withing the United States only. International shipping is unavailable.
Also, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical shipping address is required.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Please allow up to 14 days to process your refund. All refunds are applied in the same manner you paid. You should receive an email the day your refund is processed.
How much refund will I receive?
Refund will be issued a full refund on the product minus any discounts or promotions, including your shipping charges.
